What is your return policy?
In light of recent events regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we've extended our return policy. Items must be initiated for return within 60 days. The time period begins when your order is delivered.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
What is an instant refund?
If you would like to purchase a different item right away, select our Instant Refund option and receive your refund as store credit. Just like a gift card, you can use your Instant Refund to make a new purchase. Once we receive your order, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original form of payment.
How soon will I get my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days (2 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated on our Customer Care page. These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to customers who purchased their Frye product from www.thefryecompany.com.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 60 days.
Unworn items or if there are quality issues.
What items are non-refundable?
Final sale items.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Can I Return In Store?
The Frye Company offers the convenience of certain returns in store. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of The Frye & Co. merchandise in our stores. For those items, simply follow the step-by-step instructions to mail your return to us.
